Shipping Policy

At Kristiansson Publishing, every order is carefully prepared and dispatched directly by us to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

All books are securely packaged using protective book mailers and recyclable packing materials wherever possible.

Dispatch Times

Orders are normally dispatched within 2–5 working days of receipt. During periods of exceptionally high demand or public holidays, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation by email.

UK Delivery

Orders are shipped using trusted UK delivery services, including Royal Mail Tracked and other recognised couriers where appropriate.

Free UK Delivery on orders over £75.00
Express delivery is also available for selected products

Different delivery charges will be applied for International Shipping depending on region.

Delivery charges are calculated automatically during checkout.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

United Kingdom: 1–3 working days
Europe: 3–7 working days
United States & Canada: 5–10 working days
Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 working days
Rest of World: 7–21 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance and local postal services.

International Delivery

We are pleased to ship internationally.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, parcel weight and selected delivery service. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may be payable in the destination country.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Refunds

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Change of Mind

If you wish to return your order, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

Returned books must be:

unused
in their original condition
free from damage
returned in suitable protective packaging

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund books that have been damaged through use or inadequate return packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you have received the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement copy or issue a full refund, including any applicable delivery charges.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask you to provide photographs of the damaged packaging and/or book.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was supplied in error or was received damaged or defective.

Return Address

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@kristianssonpublishing.com before sending your order back.

We will provide a returns authorisation together with the appropriate returns address and instructions.
