Ordering Information

Trade orders may be placed by email to: trade@kristianssonpublishing.com

  • Purchase order number (if applicable)

A pro forma invoice will then be sent

Orders are normally dispatched from Scotland within 2–5 working days, subject to stock availability.

Returns

​Due to the nature of independent publishing, trade orders are supplied on a firm-sale basis unless otherwise agreed. In exceptional circumstances sale or return arrangements may be available to museums and selected independent retailers by prior agreement.

Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated according to destination and order size.

International shipping quotations are available on request.

Kristiansson Publishing uses recyclable paper-based packaging wherever possible.

Payment

Payment by bank transfer or credit/debit card via secure Stripe payment link is possible.

Payment Methods Accepted

New Trade Customers

For first orders, payment is requested prior to dispatch. A pro forma invoice will be issued by email and may be paid by bank transfer.

Once payment has been received, the order will be dispatched.

 

Established Trade Customers

Approved trade customers may apply for a credit account.

Where a credit account has been agreed, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please notify Kristiansson Publishing within 7 days of receipt if your order has been received damaged or is incorrect. Replacement copies will be supplied where appropriate.

Trade Inquiry and Request an Inspection Copy

Complimentary inspection copies may be available to bona fide museum shops, booksellers, libraries and heritage organisations considering stocking the title.

Inspection copies are supplied at the discretion of Kristiansson Publishing.
